We’re tucked away in the safe and peaceful Tähtvere neighborhood (at Vikerkaare 40), just a short 10-minute walk from Tartu’s historic downtown and the old university.

Our villa has 4 singe and 6 twin rooms. Every room is bright, warmly decorated, and comes with its own private shower, TV, and free Wi-Fi. (Just a quick note: we keep the building completely smoke-free).

When you’re not out exploring, you can relax in our dining hall by the fireplace or head out to the beautiful wooden terrace. We have a big, lush garden complete with a cozy garden house you’re welcome to use. Driving here? We have plenty of free parking right out front. We also have a conference room for up to 24 people if you’re visiting for work.

From the villa, it’s incredibly easy to enjoy everything Tartu has to offer, from vibrant nightlife to historic museums. Tartu Cathedral is a gorgeous 15-minute walk away, and if you fancy a day trip, the stunning Lake Peipsi is just a 55-minute drive.
